Human Resources Generalist

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in handling various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in HR positions
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office Suite
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Address employee relations matters, handle conflicts, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
- Assist in performance management activities, such as goal-setting, performance appraisals, and providing constructive feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to HR laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR reports as required
- Collaborate on HR projects and support various HR initiatives as directed
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
