Overview of Your Role:
A dynamic, high-growth, market-leading pioneer in a service segment of the automotive industry representing dealers on a nationwide basis, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, well-organized individual, who is a team player, thrives in structured environments and exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Ideal applicants will possess a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving qualities often found in successful accountants, though an accounting background is not required for this position. This role will have a focus on consistent completion of daily tasks that must be delivered with the highest quality. You bring the proper mindset, attitude, skill set, and work habits, and we will train you on the rest.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review documents and spreadsheets for compliance with state laws / automobile manufacturer rules and regulations. Much of this is done through our custom-built software.
- Work closely with the Production Team and remote team of auditors, as needed.
- Prioritize assigned work to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Perform Audits that will be submitted to manufacturers on behalf of dealerships.
You must be able to focus and maintain a high level of detail for long periods of time and work at a desk all day in a professional office environment. What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us. Prior experience in organization-focused roles or the automotive industry is a plus but not required—we are ready to train the right person who has the attitude, skills, and dedication to succeed.
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2+ years relevant organization experience.
- Utilize MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF editing software, customized software, and online CRM.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Decision-making, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the automotive industry is a definite plus, but not essential.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
