What We're Looking For:
Our sales department is expanding, and we're seeking driven individuals who are eager to achieve their goals. While automotive experience is a bonus, it's not required. If you have a background in Call Center, Customer Service, or Retail Sales, and you're looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Respond promptly to all inbound lead requests
- Act as a bridge between customers and our buying team
- Support in generating reports and maintaining logs
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience is advantageous
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
- Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
- Positive Attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and self-sufficient
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour + Commission
Expected hours: 40 per week
