This client specializes in food manufacturing and offers a calm, team-oriented environment where you will have the opportunity to support HR operations. In this temporary, part-time human resource assistant role, you’ll play an important part in assisting with recruitment, coordinating interviews, and handling administrative tasks that help keep the HR department running smoothly. Human Resources Assistant Duties:

  • Call and schedule interviews with applicants
  • File and organize HR documents
  • Assist with general clerical duties (copying, scanning, maintaining records)
  • Provide customer service and support to employees and applicants
  • Respond to basic HR inquiries following established guidelines

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing tasks, and being part of a collaborative team. Schedule: Part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay: $19.98per hour Human Resources Assistant Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred (speak, read, and write)
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
