A high-end, stable, and growing corporation specializing in custom-made pieces is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory to join our team. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily warehouse workflows, enforce operational standards, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Supervise and support the warehouse team in daily inventory activities.

Collaborate closely with the Inventory Manager to learn and manage inventory tracking procedures and tools (Excel-based).

Assist with inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports as needed.

Enforce company policies and ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Partner with the Warehouse Operations Manager to align team efforts, resolve operational challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
2–3+ years of warehouse leadership and supervisory experience (required).

Proven experience managing inventory operations and reporting.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and maintain high performance standards.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel (required).

Valid forklift certification (required).

Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (required).
