Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Registered Nurses, Nurse Educators, and Licensed Practical Nurses at Putnam Ridge, located in Brewster, NY. The role involves delivering patient care, developing patient care plans, administering medications, and providing patient and family education. Additionally, it includes maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses must possess a valid nursing license in the state of New York.
• Experience in patient care, including administering medications and developing care plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• For Nurse Educators, experience in developing and implementing educational programs is beneficial.
