Setting: Onsite, K12 Caseload
Licensure: Must hold valid NM Public Education Department and NM Licensing & Regulation Board credentials
Certifications: ASHA CCCs, ability to obtain NPI and register as Medicaid provider

Position Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and adaptable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K12 students near Bent, NM for the full 20252026 school year. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, clear communication, and student-centered service delivery in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for K12 students

• Perform evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and document progress

• Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student outcomes

• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats

• Adapt to dynamic school settings and diverse student needs

• Maintain compliance with Medicaid documentation and billing

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

• Active New Mexico SLP Licensure (PED & Licensing Board)

• Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI)

• Must be or become a registered Medicaid provider

• Prior school-based experience preferred
