Job Title: Sanitation Team Member


About the Role:

As a Sanitation Team Member you will be responsible for keeping the production facility clean and maintained on a daily basis. Each area in production has specific standardized cleaning requirements that will need to be met. The ideal candidate will have immense attention to detail, works well under pressure, and is always willing to go above and beyond. You are open-minded and are proactive.


You Will:

  • Maintain and complete daily cleaning records as assigned.

  • Ensure the production areas are free of debris, and in clean condition

  • Ensure areas are sanitized, organized, and clean.

  • Work with management to ensure the cleaning schedule is completed daily, and scheduled accordingly.

  • Keep accurate records of cleaning supplies, and replenish as needed. Coordinate with management to ensure purchasing of supplies.

  • Ensure you are sweeping, mopping, and dusting areas. Re-stocking and cleaning bathrooms, hallways, offices and the retail space. Cleaning walls, production equipment, windows.

  • Remove and properly dispose of all refuse, recycling, cardboard and other disposal items.


You Have:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience working in sanitation (Willing to train the right candidate)


Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including time in various temperature settings, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Must be comfortable using ladders, step ladders and platforms


Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager


$18-20 / Hour Range Full-Time


Schedule

1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Mid Shift Available
