Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks related to masonry, carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

- Execute hardscape projects, such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls

- Operate heavy equipment, such as skid steers and excavators, to assist with installation tasks

- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

- Conduct construction estimating to determine materials needed for each project

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in masonry/hardscape

- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately

- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques for patios, walkways, and retaining walls

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
