Our client provides pediatric therapy services in a collaborative, child-centered environment. Their team is focused on helping children build communication, feeding, and developmental skills through supportive, engaging therapy.
About the Role
The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will work closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and support children as they progress toward their communication goals.
This role includes leading speech and language activities, monitoring and reporting patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the therapy team to support patient development.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Active SLPA license or certification, or eligibility
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with SLPs and interdisciplinary therapy teams
- Passion for supporting children and families in a fun, engaging therapy environment
