Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessments
- Conduct structured psychological and biopsychosocial evaluations
- Perform diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations
- Administer and interpret standardized psychological assessments
- Provide clear, concise written reports with clinical impressions and recommendations
Client Interaction
- Engage with clients in a professional, supportive, and efficient manner
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on evaluation findings
Collaboration
- Work alongside medical and program staff to support overall case outcomes
- Participate in team discussions as needed (no excessive meetings or administrative burden)
Documentation
- Complete timely, high-quality reports using established templates and systems
- Maintain compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
- Active, unrestricted state license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with psychological assessments, clinical evaluations, or related work
- Strong report writing and diagnostic skills
