Our first office opened in 2004, and we expanded with a second location in 2011. Today, our team is made up of 10 members who work together in a fun, supportive, and hard-working environment. Before becoming an agent, I was a State Farm team member, so I understand the role from firsthand experience and know what it takes to build a strong, successful office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships by reviewing needs, answering questions, and identifying opportunities for additional coverage or services.
- Manage customer accounts and keep all information accurate in the database.
- Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, and service requests, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
- Proactively connect with customers regarding relevant product and service options based on their needs.
- Coordinate with underwriting and internal departments to support timely policy issuance and service continuity.
- Comfortable discussing coverage options for home and auto insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
