• Mid/Night Shift: Monday – Friday
• 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• On-Call Requirement: 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
• Flexing required up to 3 times during the contract

Job Summary

The X-Ray Technologist – Radiology is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient care in a tertiary care hospital setting. This role requires proficiency in radiographic imaging, the ability to work independently during evening/night shifts, and adherence to high clinical standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesImaging & Patient Care

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image acquisition
• Provide care to patients across various age groups

Clinical Operations

• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper functionality
• Follow radiation safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Collaboration

• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
• Communicate effectively regarding imaging results and patient needs

Documentation

• Accurately document procedures and patient information in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience
• Active state license (must be in hand at start)
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic EMR system
