Responsibilities
Medical Operations & Clinical Duties
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots
- Educate clients on IV and IM ingredients and benefits
- Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
- Utilize blood test offerings to support client wellness
- Promote memberships and services based on client needs
- Document client visits in electronic medical records
- Answer client questions using Restores Nursing Reference Guide
- Report adverse effects or issues to the medical compliance team
- Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service
- Assist staff with in-store services
- Support off-site nursing events and special projects
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Report to the Lead Nurse
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- BLS certified
- Minimum 1 year administering injections
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Non-judgmental and comfortable with diverse clientele
- Exceptional communication skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Committed to medical compliance and adherence to policies
