Global Air and Ocean Freight Logistics firm with 82 locations worldwide is in need of a Customer Carrier Coordinator supporting the Shipping team in the Brooklyn Ohio int area with high energy, able to multi-task in a fast paced extremely high volume environment and have excellent technical skills with Excel and Outlook. Bilingual a Plus! Responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely movement of customer’s shipments.
The position of Customer Account representative will have primary responsibility to work directly with customers and carriers on daily order requirements. Responsibilities also include monitoring product and communication flow between warehouse and office, which includes maintaining 100% inventory, resolving problems, monitoring the quality of our service while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Review daily inbound and outbound requirements.
• Process inbound and outbound orders in systems.
• Maintain and monitor Customer Order Screens and White Board.
• Track orders in and out of warehouse.
• Track needs for daily orders with customer.
• Monitor any issues with inventory locations and correct immediately.
• Adhere to enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor product flow with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Resolve problems.
