We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team. Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible hours to fit your schedule (ex. 7am-12pm, 12pm-5pm, 7am-5pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct them appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolving basic customer service inquiries
- Enter and submit customer orders accurately using NetSuite (training provided)
- Follow established procedures and directions
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using email and basic computer programs
- Attention to detail - Orders must be entered accurately and efficiently
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions consistently
- Willing to learn and follow internal systems and procedures
- Dependability and a positive attitude
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
