Job Summary
We are seeking a Clerk II to support account set-up and maintenance activities. This role involves evaluating, entering, and updating customer account data in internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to interpret contract data accurately. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth account management and compliance with licensing and audit requirements.
Job Title: Clerk II – Account Set-Up and Maintenance
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and input new customer accounts into the company system
- Accurately maintain and update existing customer data in the centralized maintenance system and CRM
- Update licensing details for all accounts
- Scan, categorize, and upload documentation into the scanning system
- Release customer orders from license holds when appropriate
- Perform additional account maintenance and administrative tasks as assigned
