We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing a range of administrative duties. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED from an accredited educational institution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Additional administrative or office training
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
