Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 to 5 or 9 to 6
OT: There shouldn't be any if there is very little.
Dress Code: Business attire, jeans and a polo or blouse - jeans can't be ripped
Interview: will be done in person or over teams
Would be helpful if they have background in warehouse or manufacturing side of the business,
Day to Day: scanning documents into Workday, helping out with orientations, making badges, will be helping out with payroll, so would be nice to have some experience. Working with TA to send out schedules on when new hires should be showing up. Pretty much anything that encompasses orientations and following up with candidates.
Would be nice to have Workday experience or Etime Experience.
They want someone with great communication skills both oral and written, plus basic knowledge of Excel.

0-3 Years of Experience, This position supports HR Manager and HRBP to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs. Help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the OpCo to deliver business goals. Responsibilities include executing of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, onboarding and, transitional return to work, leave administration, etc.), providing coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure, supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans, supporting and maintaining eTime system and payroll-related activities, supporting HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture, administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels. Requirements include experience in Human Resources , employee relations preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
