Responsibilities
- Help individuals and families find insurance and financial solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop marketing strategies to grow your network
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Track performance and meet sales goals
- Support the development of a team over time
Requirements
- A strong desire to build something of your own
- 3 years of proven sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
- Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will guide you through the process)
