\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (North Carolina or compact state)\n
- BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience\n
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher\n
- Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed\n
- Professional appearance (no excessive piercings or unconventional hair colors)\n
\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult ICU patients\n
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including those with sepsis, COPD exacerbation, hypotension, and hypertensive urgency\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Accurately document patient care in the Paragon Electronic Health Record system\n
- Participate in bi-weekly orientation and ongoing professional development\n
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff\n
