Talent Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)


A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support its fast-growing recruiting function. This individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of coordination and operations.


Location: Austin – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: $25-35/hour (commensurate with experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, including complex scheduling, travel logistics, and last-minute changes
  • Manage and track background checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support active hiring pipelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed


Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination-heavy role
  • Experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Experience supporting background checks is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
