Job Title: Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (30342)
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, varies)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: $46 to $48.50 per hour with stipends
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department (ED)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Services/ED
- Active RN license (state or compact, as applicable)
- Required certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
