The Role
This role reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible to execute sales support tasks for the sales team; answering incoming phone calls, enter orders and complete customer order update requests.
Customer Service Associates answer all incoming phone calls from the main line
Primary focus is fast and accurate orders
Build relationships with customers
Work with the internal teams on calls to best assist customers and broaden skillset
Maintain customer awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Required Skills/Qualifications
Preferred 1-2 years of Office, Phone and Sales related experience
High School Diploma
Sincerely passionate about customer service and helping customers
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable talking to people over the phone and likes telephone sales work
Demonstrates strong writing skills for web chat and emails to customers and teammates
Great organizational skills
Inquisitive and has a passion for learning about products and can articulate them with perfect to prospective customers
Ability to quickly pick up our complex product portfolio
Demonstrated ability to sell
Mechanical aptitude
Solve problems without stress cool head
Ability to work in an office environment
Solid grasp of basic computer systems
