Compensation

Local Rate: $2,760 per week

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with strong CVOR experience for a critical night-shift assignment in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both scrub and circulating roles, support complex cardiovascular procedures, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and surgical care.
Key Responsibilities

Function as both scrub and circulating nurse in the Operating Room, with emphasis on CVOR procedures

Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with OR protocols

Assist surgical teams during complex operative cases

Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and provide conscious sedation support as required

Monitor patients throughout perioperative phases to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR RN in scrub and circulating roles

Minimum 2 years of experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy
-
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting conscious sedation
-
CVOR experience required

Active New York State RN License, with Primary Source Verification through NYSED

Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications
