What Youll Do
- Set up and operate single or multiple spindle CNC machines.
- Read and interpret part prints and job orders for specifications like dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
- Adjust machine controls for production operations, tool positions, and cycle times.
- Install and adjust collets, bushings, stock pushers, cams, gears, and stops.
- Change and secure tools using presetting equipment and monitoring systems.
- Perform first-piece inspections and monitor part dimensions using measuring devices and SPC tools.
- Maintain lubricants, coolants, and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Record data in the MRP system and keep your work area clean.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
What Were Looking For
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and work around machinery.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Experience with CNC machining, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
