**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is seeking a Regional Director to join our Management Team to support our DOJ customer.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage contract execution across all offices and operating locations within the assigned geographic region (Northeast, North Central, National Capital Area, South, or West).
- Directly supervise subordinate Office Managers, Project Directors, Agency Managers, and Operations Supervisors within the region.
- Oversee implementation and execution of the Contractor’s quality control program across all sites in the assigned region.
- Lead regional recruitment activities, including coordination with the Program Manager to recruit and hire Supervisors, Office Managers, Project Directors, and other key personnel.
- Approve hiring of all personnel within the region of responsibility.
- Execute the Contractor’s training program for regional staff, ensuring all personnel meet contract performance standards.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, ensure compliance with task order requirements, and serve as the primary regional point of contact for the Government COR, ACORs, and QAEs.
- Ensure continuity of services, effective staffing levels, and successful transition/phase-in activities at regional sites.
- Report regional performance, staffing status, and issues to the Program Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent professional experience in contract management, law enforcement support, or legal/administrative services.
- At least eight (8) years of progressive supervisory experience managing teams of 20+ personnel, preferably across multiple geographic locations.
- Demonstrated experience directing multiple concurrent projects/tasks in analytical processes, legal assistance, or asset forfeiture-related support services.
- Proven ability to manage quality control programs, training programs, and recruitment/hiring processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with Government representatives (COR, ACOR, QAE), attorneys, special agents, and contractor staff.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Two (2) or more years of recent experience specifically in asset forfeiture support, legal research, or law enforcement administrative services.
- Experience managing federal government contracts, particularly IDIQ or labor-hour contracts supporting DOJ or other federal law enforcement agencies.
- Familiarity with DOJ Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS), seized/forfeited asset processes, and federal acquisition regulations applicable to service contracts.
- Experience with database management and automated office procedures in a high-volume, regulated environment.

- Work is on-site.
- Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
- Frequent travel between program operating locations.
