Multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic, hyperbaric oxygen, massage, acupuncture and IV therapy. We are a fast paced health care and lifestyle clinic that prides ourself on a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional health care admin assistant to join our administrative support team. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills with a warm, hospitable demeanor. Our ideal candidate is adept at handling busy phones, greeting every patient with a smile, and juggling multiple tasks with efficiency and grace. If you are a “learn-it-all” who thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment, you may be the perfect fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, check in/out, keep flow smooth and on time.

  • Phones & Communication: Handle busy phone lines with warmth and professionalism, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously. Assist patients in scheduling appointments and confirming follow ups, ensuing a positive experience over the phone.

  • Administrative Duties: Manage and update our database and scheduling systems. Support multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment through effective organization and communication. Collaborate with the team to share responsibilities, solve problems, and ensure seamless office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Word. Comfortable using complex database systems.

  • Interpersonal Skills & Attitude: A friendly “can-do” attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Ability to remain composed and empathetic during stressful high pressure moments.

  • Professional Attributes: Integrity, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy and self-awareness. Demonstrated creativity, collaboration, resilience and agility.

  • Availability: Flexibility in hours, with reliable availability on Saturday mornings. Ability to commute to Morris County reliably.

  • Experience & Education: Minimum of 1 year of experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office or similar software. At least 1 year of phone/customer service experience is preferred. An Associate’s degree is required.
