True North Builders, Inc is seeking a Project Superintendent for upcoming high-finish commercial and custom home projects.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can manage multiple subcontractors and is experienced in this line of work.

Project sizes range from $2-$20M.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the on-site activities of a specific construction project(s)

- Ensure a safe working environment

- Develop and maintain the project schedule

- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

- Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients

- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

- Maintain daily site records such as daily reports, as-builts, and other required documentation

- Produce regular updates for the Owner and other team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in this position.

- Experience with high finish construction

- Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software

- Familiarity with other software such as MS Outlook , Excel, Word, and Bluebeam

- Strong leadership & organizational qualities

- Deadline and detail oriented

- Must have a valid drivers license, drug free, and pass a background check

- A positive attitude is a must
