Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements + Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of leadership experience in a fast casual or quick service restaurant environment</li>
<li>Prior experience with third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc)</li>
<li>Skilled in inventory management and food production scheduling</li>
<li>Proficient in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations (food preparation, recipe execution, customer service)</li>
<li>ServSafe Certification required</li>
</ul>

<li>Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality</li>
