Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for 1-2 servers/waitstaff to join our dynamic team! We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greeting/seating patrons</li>
<li>Presenting the menu and helping customers select food/drinks with full menu knowledgment</li>
<li>Making recommendations, and delivering food/drinks to tables</li>
<li>Delivering a great customer experience</li>
<li>Collecting payment for bill of sale</li>
<li>Performing side work tasks, as well as weekly checklist duties</li>
<li>Having positive attitude, and bringing the spirit</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Ability to listen and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Able to multitask efficiently</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Experience as a Server, Waitstaff a plus but not required</li>
</ul>
