About the Role
We are a fast-growing roofing company looking for a driven, self-motivated sales representative to join our team.
This is a sales position with qualified leads provided, plus the opportunity to generate your own deals and significantly increase your income.

What You’ll Do
- Run appointments and close residential roofing and gutter projects
- Inspect roofs and gutter systems to educate homeowners on recommended solutions
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Generate your own leads (door knocking, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
- Provide a strong customer experience throughout the sales process
Compensation
- Commission-only (high percentage per job)
- Uncapped earnings
- Typical reps earn $80,000–$150,000+
- Top performers earn $200,000+
