Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
We are seeking four dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students in elementary and middle school resource rooms. This role is ideal for educators passionate about helping students with behavioral and learning disabilities achieve academic and personal growth, while collaborating with a supportive team of staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction in resource room settings for elementary and middle school students

• Support students with behavioral and other learning disabilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Conduct progress monitoring, assessments, and maintain documentation

• Partner with families and school teams to support student success

• Participate in planning, meetings, and school initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education (SPED) license

• Licensed in ABS, ASD, EBD, DD, or LD (dual special education licensure preferred)

• Experience with elementary and/or middle school students preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
