Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge in Evansville, Indiana? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team and oversee diverse construction projects, reporting directly to the Division Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-trade teams, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of various construction initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  
• Directing both subcontractors and self-performed work, maintaining strong oversight and accountability.
  
• Managing project schedules by creating new timelines and diligently updating existing ones to keep projects on track.
  
• Handling all administrative tasks and project execution efficiently through project management software.
  
• Ensuring rigorous quality construction standards are consistently met on every project.
  
• Monitoring and leading compliance with all building codes and safety regulations, prioritizing a safe working environment.
  
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks to minimize disruptions.
  
• Adhering to company standards and operating procedures, including those related to ISO9001:2015 certification.
  

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong background in construction project management. We're looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience.
  
• Demonstrated experience with industrial projects valued up to $10 million.
  
• A four-year degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field, OR substantial relevant trade experience.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Proven leadership skills in guiding multi-trade construction teams.
  
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear direction.
  
• Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships and manage project details.
