Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs

• Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs ensuring quality and effectiveness

• Supervise and mentor behavioral staff, providing training and professional development

• Track and analyze client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care

• Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress and strategies

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Commitment to ethical and professional standards

• Experience with electronic health records and data collection tools

• Background in parent training and family support

• Experience working with individuals with diverse or complex needs
