Program Enrollment and Operations Specialist
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking a full-time Program Enrollment & Operations Specialist to support our independently owned and operated franchise spas with recommended recruiting programs and recruiting strategy. This is not a traditional recruitment role, as our franchised spas manage their individual recruiting and hiring processes. You will use your recruiting knowledge to meet with identified spas to recommend and enroll them in the recommended program for their spa, then run the day-to-day management of these programsposting and optimizing jobs, tracking job board performance reporting, , and invoicing, Success is measured by operational outcomes (enrollment/adoption, job applications and conversions to hires, efficient budget spend)
Schedule: ~40% spa enrollment/consultations (virtual meetings with identified spas to review needs, metrics, and recommended programs)
~30% program operations (job posting, editing/optimization, troubleshooting, ongoing spa support) and
~30% managing and scaling our vendor partnerships (Indeed, Career Plug, Paradox)
What Youll Do
Meet with identified spas to assess hiring needs, recommend and scale in flight recruiting initiatives, and enroll them in the appropriate recommended program through a consultative process.
Manage enrolled spas day to day: set expectations, answer questions, and drive adoption and ongoing participation.
Post and maintain jobs; edit postings to improve performance while keeping content on-brand and compliant.
Monitor results pull performance reporting weekly to share with participating spas, conduct market research. spot trends, and recommend optimizations.
Coordinate job board/vendor support; troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
Own program administration: invoicing/billing, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate trackers and reports.
What You Bring
3+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, customer success, or program operations (multi-location/franchise experience a plus). These programs do have investment involved, so sales experience is important.
Curious and adaptive: you research the market and hiring trends, test improvements, and adjust recommendations based on what you learn.
Comfortable leading consultative conversations with business owners; able to influence decisions and drive next steps to enrollment.
Hands-on experience with job posting platforms and/or job boards (especially Indeed) and using data to improve posting performance.
Operationally strong: you can manage recurring workflows, maintain trackers, coordinate vendors, and handle invoicing/billing details.
Plus: experience using operational/program metrics (adoption/enrollment, spend/budget pacing, performance trends, SLA/cycle times, invoicing accuracy) vs. only traditional recruiting metrics.
Preferred: franchise-facing experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, or hospitality.
Clear communicator; highly organized and able to manage volume across many locations in a remote environment.
