Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our commitment to precision and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor printing, finishing, or packaging machines according to established procedures.
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers based on job specifications.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues to maintenance personnel or supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues that could impact production timelines.
