Join Our Team!!! Looking for someone passionate about mixology and customer service. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team at the Rail Yard Little Rock in East Village. As a key member of our staff, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and our signature recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu.
Monitor and manage bar on hands and communicate with management on all concerns or issues.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
Required Skill and Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience in a fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
