This role involves sintering and heat-treating pressed parts while ensuring safety, quality, and precision at every step.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor furnaces and heat-treatment equipment
• Load, stack, and prepare materials for sintering
• Perform in-process testing and inspections to verify quality
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all safety procedures for handling gases and high-temperature materials
• Conduct routine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or heat treatment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-temperature environment
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
