JOB SUMMARY: Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented industrial manufacturing environment, uses a variety of general woodworking equipment and products to produce and process cabinet components to manufacture and build custom kitchen and bath cabinetry. Also responsible to assist other departments as production demands.
This position is a Non-Exempt Hourly position performed in an Industrial Plant Environment.
EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS:
• Production Paperwork-Work Orders
• PC/General Equipment/Programs
• Variety of woodworking machinery and assorted hand tools
• Air powered sanders, screw guns, staple guns
• Variety of woodworking components including putty, glues and paints, Tape Measure/ Calipers
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Works with a variety of woodworking equipment including various saws, sanders, routers, spray finish equipment and fastening materials as well as miscellaneous hand tools
• Job assignment may vary on a daily basis
• Must be able to learn and apply all departmental safety, quality and productivity standards
• This job requires regular, predictable full-time attendance and all overtime as production requires
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete and comprehend rework / remake tickets
2. Perform Preventative Maintenance as required for specific equipment
3. All other duties as assigned.

This position reports to a Production Lead and Production Manager

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
• Wear all required PPE
• Observe LOTO regulations
• Follow Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines
• Keep safety items and aisles clear and unblocked.
• Handle all chemicals safely
• Report all injures, and follow all other Worker’s Compensation guidelines.
• Report near misses
• Report unsafe situations
• Follow all Fire/Explosion and Severe Weather guidelines
• Follow all company safety rules, including safety absolutes.
• Follow all state and federal regulations that may apply.
