Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for all financial/bookkeeping/payroll/donation tracking/functions including preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Complete non profit financial statements
- Pay bills
- Prepare accounts payable
- Prepare deposits
- And other financial duties assigned by CE0
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Fluent in online Quick books
- Data entry for donor base
- Fluent in access software program
