Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for all financial/bookkeeping/payroll/donation tracking/functions including preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Complete non profit financial statements
  • Pay bills
  • Prepare accounts payable
  • Prepare deposits
  • And other financial duties assigned by CE0

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in online Quick books
  • Data entry for donor base
  • Fluent in access software program
