Location: Medley, FL, 33178
Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (3 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: 17 per hour
About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Painter to join our aerospace team in Medley, FL.
What You’ll Do

Assemble manufactured materials and components following design specifications.

Perform priming and final painting of detail parts and assemblies to required specifications.

Mix paint to specified viscosity and maintain paint equipment.

Clean, assemble, and adjust spray guns and related tools.

Wash, sand, and prepare parts for painting; mask parts as required.

Cure parts after topcoat application.

Operate chart recorders and document processes accurately.

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience with painting and finishing work in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Ability to mix, prep, and apply paints according to specifications.

Knowledge of painting equipment operation and maintenance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous aerospace assembly or painting experience.

Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy and documentation.

Pay Details: 17.00 per hour
