Director
Director (New York, NY): Lead and coordinate key investment workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle, including deal evaluation, due diligence, execution, and closing. Drive and manage due diligence processes, including coordination with internal teams and external advisors, and lead diligence sessions across functional areas. Develop and review detailed investment analyses, financial models, valuation materials, and written investment committee memoranda. Work with private equity transaction due diligence and financial analysis; the US private equity market, including the Healthcare sector; financial modeling; banking; management consulting; and, seeking out new investment opportunities. Reqs. Bachelor's degr + 5 yrs of exp. Salary Range:
$275,000.00 - $405,000.00 per year.
