Emp will accpt master dgr + 3 yrs exp. 3 yrs exp must incl: Analyz financial info to identfy indebtedness & normalizd earnings items; review sale & purchase agrmnts; using valuation methods, incl discounted cash flow, multi-period excess earnings, market & income approachs; research technical accountng issues; review & analyz US GAAP financial statemnts; SEC financial reporting issues; & IFRS.
