Finance: PJT Partners Holdings LP seeks Dir.-- Strategic Advisory (Fig-- Insurance) in NY, NY to evaluate, structure, & recommend fin'l & strategic alternatives, incl analysis of mergers, acquisitions, & other strategic combinations, asset sales, & divestitures. Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Bus. Admin, Fin'ce or rel. field & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing investment banking exp; working w/insurance clients & products in investment banking setting. In alternative, employer will accept Master's in one of above-listed fields & 3 yrs of exp in above-listed skills. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
