Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Education Behavior Specialist position is available to support K-12 students in a California school setting. This in-person role offers a contract through the end of the current school year and requires a dedicated professional committed to enhancing student success through applied behavior analysis and educational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans to support students with special needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective behavioral and educational strategies.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Psychology or Special Education with BCBA Certification, OR
• Valid California Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with Autism Authorization.
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and educational strategies.
• Experience working within a K-12 environment preferred.
