10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Hamilton Township, NJ for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina up through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average approximately 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
- Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
Additional pay details:
- $20 for the first stop
- $35 for the second stop
- $50 for the third stop and beyond
- $65 for Long Island deliveries
- $12.50 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
Lane Details
Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The primary running area spans Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time. Drivers who opt to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but is not required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
