Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists, including CFYs, to join an on-site team and make a meaningful impact with students at a single school location—either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge. Key Qualifications:
- Possession of an active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health
- Eligible for and able to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing processes (AHCA Clearinghouse coordination provided as needed)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- SLP-CF candidates encouraged to apply; supervision provided
- Experience working with elementary or secondary-aged students is a plus
- SLPAs will not be considered at this time
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy for PreK-12 students at one assigned campus—no itinerant travel required
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within compliance timelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders
Schedule & Details:
- Part-time positions ranging from 22–26 hours per week
- Dates: June 10, 2026 – July 16, 2026 (Monday–Thursday schedule)
- Elementary: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; Secondary: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM; site-specific adjustments apply
