Job Title: Independent Community Pharmacist
Location: Danville, KY

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide patient-centered counseling, perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and administer vaccinations.
- Prescription Excellence: Accurately dispense medications while checking for drug interactions and allergies.
- Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with local healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and resolve therapy issues.
- Pharmacy Leadership: Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns to maintain an efficient, supportive workflow.
- Business Growth: (Optional/Growth Role) Assist in inventory management, marketing, and identifying new community health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active KY Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Experience: Community or retail pharmacy experience preferred; residency training in community practice is a plus.
