Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team in constructing gas pumps from start to finish. The role involves working independently at your own workbench, following blueprints, and utilizing hand and power tools. You will be responsible for completing sub-assemblies and building crates for shipping the finished products. Builds may take 2-3 days to complete, with product sizes ranging from desktop computer size to workbench size. For larger assemblies, overhead cranes are available.
Responsibilities
- Assemble gas pumps using blueprints and hand/power tools.
- Complete sub-assemblies and final builds independently.
- Construct crates for shipping finished products.
- Use overhead cranes for larger assemblies.
- Ensure quality and precision in every build.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- 6+ months of mechanical inclination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attendance and positive attitude.
- Capability to stand all day during shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Experience in complex assembly tasks (e.g., building furniture, automotive work).

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean warehouse with a laid-back atmosphere, where you will be part of a small team of eight assemblers. You will have your own workbench and tools, working in a climate-controlled setting. The role is not an assembly line; every task is custom and varies daily. Flexible working hours are available between 6am and 5pm, with the commitment to an 8-hour schedule. Initial training requires working 8am to 4:30pm for several weeks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
